After years of designing, building brands, and obsessing over details, we noticed something missing in the market wrapping paper that felt modern, aesthetic, and actually exciting to use. So we decided to create it ourselves.
How's It Made?
Our wrapping paper is printed on-demand using ultra-sharp, high-resolution digital presses that bring every detail of your design to life. Each sheet is produced on thick, premium paper stock that’s smoother and more durable than store-bought rolls. Every order is made fresh, inspected for quality, and cut precisely into 6-foot or 15-foot rolls for flawless presentation.
How Long Does It Take?
Processing Time (Printing to Order)
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Production times may extend slightly during peak holiday seasons.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, transit times are generally:
1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., depending on your location.
Please keep these timelines in mind when ordering for holidays, birthdays, or special occasions.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
No code required—your discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Orders under $100 will show standard shipping rates at checkout.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
We know delivery issues can be frustrating, and we’re here to help.
If your package appears lost in transit
Email us at support@wrap.company and we’ll look into the tracking details.
Carriers sometimes experience delays during peak seasons. We will help determine whether a replacement or reshipment is needed.
Packages Marked Delivered But Not Received
If the carrier marked your package as delivered but you can’t find it:
- Check all possible delivery spots around your home—porch, garage, side door, back door, etc.
- Ask neighbors or building staff in case the package was received for you.
- Confirm your shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Wait 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes scan “delivered” early.
If you still can’t locate your package after following these steps, contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at support@wrap.company so we can assist.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email – with all order details.
- Shipping Confirmation Email – sent once your order ships, including your tracking number.
Click the tracking link at any time to follow your package’s progress.
Please note: tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order ships.
Order Management
Can I cancel my order?
Because all of our wrapping paper is printed to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins.
If your order has not entered production:
Email us immediately at support@wrap.company, and we will do our best to cancel and refund your order.
If your order has already entered production:
We cannot cancel it once printing has begun.
If you no longer want the item, you may still return it after it arrives, following our Return Policy.
Can I edit or add anything to my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify:
- The items ordered
- Quantities
- Variants or designs
- Adding or removing products
If you want to order additional items, simply place a new separate order.
Updating your shipping address
If you made a mistake entering your shipping address, contact us immediately at:

If your order has not yet shipped or entered production, we will update the address for you.
Once production or shipping has begun, we are unable to change the address.
What if I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong product. We’ll fix it right away.
Please email us at support@wrap.company with:
- Your order number
- A photo of what you received
- A brief description of the issue
Also double-check your package for any notes or slips that indicate part of your order may have shipped separately.
We will ensure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible.
About Us
What sizes do you offer?
Our wrapping paper rolls are available in two standard sizes:
- 6 feet long × 30 inches wide
- 15 feet long × 30 inches wide
Both options provide plenty of high-quality paper printed with rich colors and crisp detail—perfect for birthdays, holidays, events, and everyday gifting.
We do not offer custom sizing at this time.
Do you offer custom designs?
At the moment, we do not offer custom or personalized wrapping paper designs.
However, we love hearing new ideas and frequently add new patterns based on customer suggestions. If you have a concept you’d like to see in a future collection, feel free to share it with us!
